5. In compliance with the IT Rules, 2021, you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that:
(i) belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right;
(ii) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force;
(iii) is harmful to a child;
(iv) infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
(v) violates any law for the time being in force;
(vi) deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact;
(vii) impersonates another person;
(viii) threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation;
(ix) contains a software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
(x) is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person.
5. User-Generated Content (Comments)
The Site may allow you to post comments or other content ("User Content"). As we permit users to post content, we are an "intermediary" as defined by the IT Act, 2000, and the IT Rules, 2021.1. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to bear all liability for your User Content.
2. You agree that your User Content will not violate the "Prohibited Activities" listed in Section 4 of these Terms.
3. We do not assert any ownership over your User Content. You retain full ownership of all of your User Content. However, by posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify your User Content in connection with the operation of the Site.
4. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your User Content.
5. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to (1) edit, redact, or otherwise change any User Content; (2) re-categorize any User Content; or (3) pre-screen or delete any User Content at any time and for any reason, without notice. We have no obligation to monitor User Content.
6. In accordance with the IT Rules, 2021, we will remove any User Content that is found to be in violation of Section 4 upon receiving actual knowledge (either from a court order or a notice from the appropriate government agency).
6. Third-Party Websites and Content
The Site may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, or other content originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us. We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content.7. Site Management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:1. Monitor the Site for violations of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. aaryawartduniya and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.9. Disclaimer
