Editorial Policy & Ethics
Last updated: November 17, 2025
Our Mission
The mission of aaryawartduniya is to provide our readers with accurate, fair, and comprehensive news reporting. Our credibility with our audience is our most valuable asset, and we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of journalistic ethics. These principles guide our editors and reporters in their work every day.
1. Core Principles
Truth and Accuracy: We are committed to reporting the truth. We strive to ensure that all information we publish is accurate, verified, and presented in context. We use reliable sources and fact-check information before publication.
Independence: We are an independent news organisation. Our editorial decisions are made by our editors and are not influenced by outside interests, advertisers, political parties, or any corporate or government entities.
Fairness and Impartiality: We are committed to being fair and impartial in our reporting. We aim to present all relevant sides of a story and provide a platform for diverse voices. We will offer a right of reply to any individual or group who is the subject of critical reporting.
Accountability and Transparency: We are accountable to our readers. We believe in being transparent about our methods, our sources (whenever possible), and our operations. We clearly label content to distinguish between news reports, opinion pieces, analysis, and sponsored content.
2. Corrections Policy
We take responsibility for our errors. We are committed to correcting any factual errors promptly, clearly, and prominently.
If a minor error is found, the article will be corrected and a note added to the bottom of the article explaining the correction.
If a significant or substantive error is made, a formal correction or clarification will be published and prominently displayed.
To report a potential error in our content, please contact us immediately:
By email: contactaduniya@gmail.com (Please use "Correction Request" in the subject line)

3. Fact-Checking Standards
Our journalists are responsible for the fact-checking of their own work. All content is reviewed by one or more editors before publication. We seek to:
Verify all facts, figures, names, and direct quotes.
Use and cite primary sources whenever possible.
Corroborate information with multiple sources, especially when dealing with sensitive claims or anonymous information.
4. Author Byline (Attribution) Policy
We believe in accountability. All of our news articles, opinion pieces, and analyses are published with a clear byline of the author(s) who wrote them. We do not publish content from anonymous or unnamed writers, except in rare and specific cases (e.g., for the writer's personal safety), which would be approved only by the editor-in-chief and clearly explained to the reader.
5. Opinion and Analysis
We believe in distinguishing fact-based news from opinion.
News Reporting is based on objective facts and verification.
Opinion & Analysis pieces represent the personal views of the author and are clearly labeled as such. These pieces are meant to provide perspective and stimulate discussion, not to be taken as a statement of fact or the editorial position of aaryawartduniya.
6. Grievance Redressal
We are committed to addressing any complaints about our content. Our grievance redressal process is outlined in our Terms and Conditions page, and you may contact our Grievance Officer as specified.
